Abu Dhabi-UAE: 14 April, 2018: Bloom Properties, a Bloom Holding business specializing in the development of integrated and sustainable communities, is set to showcase key developments within its portfolio as part of its participation in the upcoming edition of Cityscape Abu Dhabi.
Running from April 17 to 19, 2018 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), Cityscape Abu Dhabi will converge leading developers, institutional investors, government authorities, urban planners, architects, consultants and professionals to explore opportunities in the property sector in the Middle East and beyond.

At Cityscape Abu Dhabi, Bloom Properties will reveal the details of its mixed-use development in the USA to investors at its stand no. 6D10 in hall no. 6. Other projects that Bloom will showcase include Bloom Heights and Bloom Towers in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), as well as Park View and Soho Square mixed-use developments on Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi. Taking shape in some of the most accessible locations across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the projects feature best-in-class retail and leisure facilities, providing residents with several reasons to lead an active and peaceful lifestyle.
Located in the university neighborhood of Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi, Park View will comprise a residential and a hotel apartment building featuring design and architectural elements integral to urban upscale living.
Soho Square, another Bloom Properties project in Saadiyat, will upscale residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, townhouses and a penthouse.
Both Park View and Soho Square offer proximity to the New York University Abu Dhabi campus and major upcoming tourist attractions. The main works on the two developments are progressing steadily, with Park View and Soho Square set for handover by Q4 2018.
Ideally located in the popular master community of JVC, Bloom Heights will offer a total of 686 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The development benefits from easy access to all major roads and will consist of two high-rise towers.
Bloom Towers, the Abu Dhabi-based master developer’s second project in JVC, will feature three towers with a total of 944 units scheduled for completion in Q4 2020. The two towers allocated for sale will comprise 689 contemporary studios and one-bedroom apartments featuring a timeless and elegant design.
