This year’s exhibition, held from 18-21 April at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), will offer the ideal location for networking with investors, developers, and key governmental agencies involved in the development of major public and private property projects.

AQRE’s stand will be located at the entrance of Hall 2 (2D10), and will host an impressive selection  of project models and interactive technology, featuring AQRE’s one-of-a-kind 200” hand-slate touch-less screen and unique Sales Blocking Tools (SBT’s).

AQRE’s focus this year will be on the company’s two signature Al Ain developments: Ain Al Fayda and Al Nasseem.

Ain Al Fayda is a unique community surrounded by stunning beauty and set at the foothills of the famous Jebel Hafeet, Green Mubazzarah, and Ain Al Fayda Park.  The development will include a full array of government and residential units (villas), healthcare and educational facilities, retail and commercial centers, cultural, entertainment, and recreational outlets, as well as other public and community services.

Al Nasseem is a community and cultural destination consisting of residential, retail, office, hotel, ladies’ club and wedding-themed facilities, as well as civic and cultural amenities. The project is a redevelopment of the Sarooj Park area in the Oasis city. Inspired by the natural features of Al Ain, as well as the dense urban fabric of traditional Islamic cities, Al Nasseem will incorporate different building clusters such as courtyards and private terraces that will create vibrant networks of pedestrian spaces, and well-developed public, private and semi-private public realms.
