International Tower reaches another milestone towards completion
Representatives from SinoGulf met with officials of ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company) during the Cityscape exhibition in Abu Dhabi to celebrate the completion of the glazing to the facade of International Tower, SinoGulf's prime Grade A office development located in ADNEC's Capital Centre.
International Tower is due for completion in July this year and will be the first building to complete within Capital Centre. It will provide 41,000 sqm of prime, internationally recognised Grade A office accommodation located within ADNEC's 'Economic Engine for Abu Dhabi'.
Humaid Al Dhaheri, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, ADNEC, commented, "After becoming the first building in Capital Centre to 'top out' in January 2011, SinoGulf's International Tower has now achieved yet another milestone as it drives towards completion. We are pleased with the ongoing progress that's being made in bringing the building onto the Abu Dhabi office market."
"International Tower is on track to complete in July 2011 - its original target completion date," said Hussain Al Awlaqi, Chairman, SinoGulf.
CB Richard Ellis have been retained to market and lease the building and are in active negotiations with several international corporate occupiers as well as local and government occupiers.
