| Q. |
What is the biggest challenge for your industry this year and how are you overcoming it? |
| |
The biggest challenge for an investment banking house with a strong embedded real estate practice is to ensure that we spend our efforts on marketable projects within the sector. Investors are wary, and we need to regain their confidence through high quality opportunities. |
| |
| Q. |
Where do you see the biggest area of opportunity in the Abu Dhabi market? |
| |
The need for quality real estate projects in a rapidly-growing regional and global city such as Abu Dhabi is self-evident. Industry is growing: quality commercial real estate zones/projects should follow the path of the residential sector developments and present a significant opportunity. |
