INSIDE A NEW LANDSCAPE FOR INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE ABU DHABI PROPERTY MARKET
There are huge opportunities in the market place and massive commitment from the policymakers. 100 speakers from 25 countries from all sides of the industry table arrived to this conclusion at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2010 Real Estate Investment and Development Conference which successfully finished on 20 April.
The conference proved to be one of the most comprehensive and open debates on the real estate industry and showcased the leading figures of the local and international markets who delivered the hard facts on market trends and drivers for change. Critical debates and discussion addressed the issues and answered questions on how the recent market volatility has impacted the local landscape and how these challenges have brought on a new maturity level. A refreshing format of panels and small discussion groups allowed attendees and speakers to really dig deep into the most critical issues they faced and share strategies for adapting to the new financial climate.
