Judges will be looking for a project which has demonstrated outstanding commitment to sustainability in terms of its design, development and construction. In particular, judges will be looking for the innovative use of new materials, products or construction methods which deliver energy efficient high performing green buildings.
Commercial, Office & Retail Project Award (Future & Built)
The judges will be looking for an outstanding commercial & retail developments hotels, leisure facilities, office buildings and commercial facilities that show an innovative approach to the overall strategy of the development. Developments will need to show world-class standards of design, safety, security, energy efficiency and innovation. In this category, an Award will be given for a current building and a future project.

The judges will be looking for outstanding residential projects that show an innovative approach to the overall strategy of the development. Mixed Use Project Award (Future & Built)
The judges will be looking for outstanding mixed use developments that show an innovative approach to the overall strategy of the development. Developments will need to have strong design qualities, sensitivity to the surrounding environment and urban community and show flair and intelligence in demonstrating the relevance to the present and future needs of the community, environmental responsibility and future sustainability of the project. Judges will be looking for an outstanding project which best encourages or promotes a sense of place or significantly benefits the entire neighborhood, town, city or region. The project should demonstrate how it enhances and reinforces the community structure and composition or reflects a vision of what a neighborhood, town, city or region could be. An award will be given for a current building and a future project.
