Considered as one of the premium business events, the annual Cityscape Awards for Real Estate in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region  Awards Ceremony & Cocktail Evening is the highlight of the year bringing together owners, leading investors, developers, financiers, consultants, architects, business partners, government representatives and peers alike from across the globe.

The gala event, traditionally staged on the first evening of Cityscape Abu Dhabi, has, in recent years developed into the industry’s premier Awards in the world which further provides recognition that the Cityscape Awards plays a critical and prominent role in promoting, developing and recognising industry innovators and achievers.

In 2011, it attracted hundreds of local and international guests eager to see who were selected as the ‘best of the best’ in the region.  To view the 2011 Award Winners, click here.

This year's sixth edition of  the Awards  will be hosted on April 23, 2012 in one of Abu Dhabi’s prestigious venues. It will again highlight excellent achievements, presenting awards to the best real estate projects and companies of the year.

Awards will be divided in to the main categories of Development and Architecture and all entries will be judged on contribution to world architecture culture, invention and imagination, respect for people, the planet, environmental awareness and appropriateness in the MENA region.  In some categories, entries will be separated into Built Projects (those already complete) and Future Projects (those incomplete or still on the drawing board). 

The Awards are open to companies in the Middle East & North Africa region namely Algeria, Armenia, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
